Congratulations on South's 22nd Annual Marchfest, held Sept 24, 2011

Thank you to each of the Bands who participated in the 2011 Marchfest at Waukesha South High School.  Weather was good for most of the night, but 2 of our performances got pretty wet, and we thank them for giving it their all despite the rain.  We also thank the hundreds of people in the audience for their attendance and for cheering each of the bands on.  The night concluded with an excellent exhibition performance by the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse “Screaming Eagles Marching Band”

23rd Annual Marchfest - Saturday, 2012 

Watch this site for information early in 2012 regarding the 23rd Annual Marchfest show, hosted again by the Waukesha South Band Booster Association. This is the Original and Best Waukesha Marching Competition, held in the evening. The competition is of great value because adjudication is provided by eight competition WSMA Judges. The performances are held in the Ken Hollub Stadium at Waukesha South High School and attracts bands from Northern Illinois and all of Wisconsin. It is open to bands of all classes and levels including exhibition.  It is a great opportunity to showcase your new program under stadium lights!T:

  • Non-competitive participation option - Judges comments only.
  • Morning (prior arrangement) and/or afternoon practice sessions may be scheduled.
  • Illuminated warm-up areas available prior to competition.
